What is your return policy?
At Aumoana designs we take pride in our creations and our goal is to offer a quality product every time. If you are not satisfied please notify us via email within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to do an exchange or offer a credit. If you prefer a refund we are happy to do so as long as we have the invoice number and proof of purchase.
Please note that all sales on custom orders are final unless there was an error on our part including sizing and stamping.
I am happy to make any necessary adjustments; and am willing to work towards ultimate satisfaction. There will be a minimal charge for any necessary adjustments requested by the buyer. Prices vary depending on the item and work performed. Please contact me via email regarding any repairs or modifications.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 5 days to process all orders domestic and international. Orders will be shipped within 5 days of purchase date unless it is a custom order. Allot two weeks processing time for all custom orders. Please note no orders will be processed over the weekend but will resume Monday through Friday. Keep in mind shipping delays are to be expected due to the coronavirus restrictions business hours and available services may vary. Delays in shipping are beyond my control.

Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping rates are the responsibility of the buyer. Rates will vary according to item size and weight. USPS will be the method of shipping unless buyer chooses another method or carrier.
Do you ship outside of Hawaii?
Yes, domestic and international.
How do we measure our size for bangles?
To measure for proper fit, hold the hand & fingers outstreched. But cupped as if putting on a mitten. Measure around the widest part of your hand which is generally the base knuckles. Measure in inches with a measuring tape.
How often do you have new products?
We are always working on new creations as we strive for customer satisfaction.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, custom orders are an option based on availability of material. Please allow two weeks for processing of custom orders.
